How it works

1. Pre-order
Order your desired item even before its official release date in Korea.

2. Release & Delivery
After the release, the goods will be shipped from Korea to our warehouse in Germany.

3. Arrival & Preparation
Once the delivery has arrived, we carefully prepare your order for shipping or in-store pickup.

4. Shipping or Pickup
Your order will be shipped quickly and securely from our warehouse in Germany – completely free of customs fees. Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly from our store and save on shipping costs.

Note: If your order contains both PRE-ORDER and IN STOCK items, we will ship everything together once all products are available.
