Delivery areas We deliver within Germany and to all Member States of the European Union (EU).

Delivery charges We charge a flat-rate delivery charge per order. We deliver within Germany and to all EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

Delivery within Germany:

Free delivery on orders of €50 or more
Under €50: €4.99 delivery charge

Delivery within the EU:

Free delivery on orders of €150 or more
Under €150: €14.99 delivery charge

Delivery times: Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered as follows:

Deliveries within Germany: 2–4 working days.

Deliveries to other EU countries: 5–10 working days.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Delivery provider: Deliveries are made via DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Customs duties: As we deliver within the EU, customers with a delivery address in the EU will not incur any additional customs duties or import charges.
