1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession when entering into a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with YURO GmbH.

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalogue. You may initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent automatically by email immediately after your order has been submitted.

We accept your offer within two days by:

sending you a separate order confirmation by email; or
processing the payment transaction through our service provider or the selected payment service provider, where applicable. The time at which the payment transaction is processed depends on the payment method selected (see "Payment").

The contract is concluded when the first of the above events occurs.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We store the contract text and send you the order details together with these General Terms and Conditions in text form. You may also view the contract text through your customer account.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

For deliveries within Germany, shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of €50.00 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.99.

For deliveries within the European Union, shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of €150.00 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €14.99.

4.2 Delivery Options

Products are shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

Collection is available by prior appointment during the following business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

We do not deliver to parcel collection points.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices valid at the time the order is placed shall apply. All prices are total prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop:

PayPal

To pay via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in using your account credentials and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after your order has been placed. Further information is provided during the checkout process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered customers at its own discretion. We have no influence over the availability of these payment methods. Any additional payment options are governed solely by your contractual relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
