The official ENHYPEN – DIMENSION : DILEMMA album is available in three versions – SCYLLA Ver., ODYSSEUS Ver. and CHARYBDIS Ver. – Each version presents an individual concept with exclusive photos of the members and contains high-quality collector's items such as a photobook, two different random photo cards, a mini poster, and other exclusive inclusions. The first edition also includes a poster and an OS Player Card. With a bit of luck, a very strictly limited instant photo may also be included in the album.

Note: Poster, OS Player Card, and Instant Photo are only included in the first edition. The Instant Photo is limited to 330 copies in total and is therefore not included in every album. Due to different screen settings, the actual colors may vary slightly from the product images.
Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Germany. For orders over €50, your order within Germany is shipping-free. For orders under €50, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99.
Since our shipping center is located in Germany, there are no additional customs fees for your order.
All orders are shipped with DPD. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your package at any time.
Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the associated additional requirements, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to other EU member states for the time being.

Return Policy

Important Notes
- Please create an unboxing video when opening your order. This serves as proof in case items or other contents are missing. Without an attached unboxing video, we cannot guarantee a refund for missing contents for already opened items.

Minor damage to the packaging (e.g., scratches, creases, or dents) does not constitute a reason for complaint. The packaging primarily serves to protect the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:
- sealed audio or video recordings and computer software, if the seal was removed after delivery,
- newspapers and magazines (with the exception of subscriptions),
- sealed products whose seal was removed after delivery,
- products without machine sealing, if they were opened after delivery,
- Platform and Weverse albums, if they were opened after delivery.

Return Costs & Refund
You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount to you using the original payment method.
We recommend sending the return with tracking. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund in case of loss during shipping.
