The LOVE TOKEN version of NMIXX's first full album "BLUE VALENTINE" combines music with a special collectible. In addition to an exclusive photo book and digital album content, this Limited Edition includes a ring or a bracelet, designed as a special keepsake from the album.
Instead of a CD, the album is unlocked via the included QR code in the official Platform App. The edition is complemented by a random set of six exclusive photo cards – perfect for collectors and NSWER.

Important Note
The LOVE TOKEN version is a Platform Album without a CD. The music and digital content are unlocked via the included QR code in the official Platform App.
Since each QR code can only be activated once, the product is excluded from exchange and return after opening or after the code has been redeemed.
Note: Slight differences in color, surface, or finish of the accessories compared to the product images are possible due to material and production.
Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Germany. For orders over €50, your order within Germany is shipping-free. For orders under €50, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99.
Since our shipping center is located in Germany, there are no additional customs fees for your order.
All orders are shipped with DPD. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your package at any time.
Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the associated additional requirements, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to other EU member states for the time being.

Return Policy

Important Notes
- Please create an unboxing video when opening your order. This serves as proof in case items or other contents are missing. Without an attached unboxing video, we cannot guarantee a refund for missing contents for already opened items.

Minor damage to the packaging (e.g., scratches, creases, or dents) does not constitute a reason for complaint. The packaging primarily serves to protect the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:
- sealed audio or video recordings and computer software, if the seal was removed after delivery,
- newspapers and magazines (with the exception of subscriptions),
- sealed products whose seal was removed after delivery,
- products without machine sealing, if they were opened after delivery,
- Platform and Weverse albums, if they were opened after delivery.

Return Costs & Refund
You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount to you using the original payment method.
We recommend sending the return with tracking. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund in case of loss during shipping.
